About Bluewater
Bluewater Functions is a beautiful heritage-listed venue high on the hill at Heathcote Reserve with 270-degree views of the Perth City skyline and Swan River. Steeped in tradition, our three function areas each have their own unique personalities and a capacity of up to 150 guests cocktail style in our largest room (Bluewater Room), with the Private Wine Room and Private Dining Room available for smaller events. For events exceeding 150 guests, we can gain approval from the Council to add on the lush grassed areas (weather permitting).
The Bluewater Room
The Bluewater Function Room has a big bay window with original windows and an enclosed glass veranda showcasing the beautiful panoramic city views. With heritage brick features, built in dance floor and timber furnishings, the venue offers a rustic yet contemporary feel. We are also able to add marquees for larger outdoor events under the stars.
The Private Wine Room
This exclusive room boasts its own balcony overlooking the gardens and river with views stretching out towards the city. This rustic yet quaint room has kept its historic charm with the wooden floorboards, fireplace and French doors yet at the same time feels very modern, with contemporary wine racks and furnishings.
The Private Dining Room
For more intimate events, the Private Dining Room is the perfect venue, featuring its own small terrace area, and superb views through its timber windows.
