Jet black overhead beams set the warehouse tone, and become the perfect platform for hanging lighting, flowers, signage and more. With polished concrete flooring, and the simplicity of white and black paintwork, The Sapling Event Space can be transformed into your ideal backdrop with minimal effort required.

Location: Fremantle

Fremantle Town Hall, opened in 1887, is a luxurious concert hall that still holds its original grandeur making it one of Perth’s most prestigious examples of classical 19th century architecture. The town hall has an elaborate main room which has been fully restored, complete with an upstairs gallery; the atrium – a perfect reception area; the East Room – ideal for photos; cloak room and other storage spaces. The hall contains a fully functioning kitchen with an adjoining large supper room. Please note preference given to public access events, no private except weddings. Weddings will only be approved four months from the event date.

This New York style warehouse Photographic Studio is located on Old Aberdeen Place in West Perth. Recently renovated, the space has been designed as a canvas for creativity, including characterful white textured walls, polished concrete floors and large sections of exposed brickwork. There are two main studio areas which are the perfect pallet for your next event in this central sort after location.

Matilda Bay Reserve features grassy parkland framing the waters of the Swan River, Perth City and Kings Park. It accommodates cafes, restaurants, offices, yacht clubs and has a series of universally accessible pedestrian and cycle paths. The reserve offers the ideal place to picnic on shady river banks, as well as sail, row or simply sit and watch the sun sparkling on the waters of the bay. Matilda Bay Reserve is a thin strip of land covering 20.6 hectares between Hackett Drive and the Swan River. The reserve extends from Mounts Bay Road in the north to the windsurfing ramp in the south and encompasses Pelican Point.

The Raw Kitchen is a unique and progressive concept space located in the heart of Fremantle’s East End precinct. Housed in a carefully converted 1920s warehouse, the space offers authentic industrial styling with large open ceilings, exposed brick walls and beams, reclaimed original lighting and vintage industrial detailing. They have three beautiful areas available to hire – each can be tailored to meet your needs. The Raw Kitchen tailor made packages and venue hire allows you to do your own styling and catering.

This newly renovated warehouse space, is Perth’s newest warehouse events space and is now open for events for the first time! Headquarters of Locally Crafted team this exciting blank canvas for all styles of events and functions. Fully lined roof, painted high walls and industrial lighting gives this space an edgy, modern feel. Located 5 minutes from CBD, in Burswood, this accessible venue is unique and extremely diverse.

Built in 1932, on the University of Western Australia’s grounds Winthrop Hall is WA’s most spectacular ceremonial space. The Hall has played host to many spectacular events, welcoming world-famous artists, Prime Ministers and royalty through its doors. The cathedral-like venue welcomes patrons with a marble and mosaic foyer and vaulted ceilings. The auditorium with its splendid pipe organ combines stained glass windows and Aboriginal motifs on the ceiling. Winthrop Hall’s bright acoustic is ideal for choral and classical music. It is also a superb venue for formal dinners and functions. When used in conjunction with the Undercroft exhibition centre downstairs, Winthrop Hall makes an excellent conference venue.

Built in 1955 and fully refurbished in 2006 Wilkinson Gallery on the grounds of Claremont Showgrounds offers over 283m2 of polished timber floors, a magnificently pitched loft style roof with exposed timber ceiling and pristine white gallery walls. The building’s facade with its large barn style door leading out onto an expansive lawn works as an ideal backdrop for romantic ceremony settings or a pre-dinner cocktail space for much larger corporate gatherings. Once inside the main gallery, the interior is purposefully styled with a statement bar & dramatic custom designed back drop. Overhead a spectacular arrangement of drop down crystal bell chandeliers work to create the perfect ambient lighting for any event.

Stackwood Hall is a truly unique space. Housed in a former diesel workshop in Fremantle, the space has been carefully renovated in keeping with its industrial legacy. The venue can accommodate a multitude of different events, from long table dinners, seminars or workshops to larger corporate events, weddings and private parties. The white washed brick walls and raw concrete floor provides the perfect backdrop to curate your special event. Our main hall features a high-pitched ceiling space with exposed trusses hung with festoon lights, and a smaller under-croft ideal for creating different ‘zones’ within your event, plus when you hire our space you also get access to our backyard.

The Library boasts beautiful views of the City and Swan River and the interiors are warm and inviting. The Library building employs universal design principles, making it accessible for people with diverse abilities. There are ample public transport and parking options nearby.

Converted from an industrial space that was previously home to metalworkers and glass-blowers, Cleaver Street Studio is now a bright and airy multi-purpose venue close to the CBD. Filled with natural light, white walls and neutral tones it can be styled to suit any kind of event. We can accommodate anything from exhibitions, weddings, private functions or workshops.
