TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Full payment plus a non-refundable 1.9% processing fee will be required to secure your reservation.
Booking adjustments may be accommodated up until Monday the 8th of December pending availability.
Cancellations after Monday the1st December will be non-refundable.
All booking updates and cancellations must be made in writing to christmas@frasersrestaurant.com.au

FAQ’S
• Dietary requirements will be met where possible although the price will not change for vegans or non-alcoholic drinkers.
• We cannot guarantee groups of 10+ will be on the same table.
• We cannot guarantee to join 2 tables booked separately.
• We cannot move tables from one department to another without refund and rebooking if available.
• We cannot move tables inside to out or vice versa unless an email is sent and there is availability.
• We cannot move booking times unless an email is sent and there is availability.
• Floor plans will be finalised the week before Christmas and we will try to satisfy requests but it is on a first in basis.
• We will not transfer bookings to gift cards or later dates
